Quick One

Some good advice for life =]
As we get older and older, I keep hearing the message that we'll end up somewhere different than where we planned to originally.

I want to keep old friends.
Keep fit.
Find out what I want to do for the rest of my life.
Make sure I am financially stable.
Travel.

I have this list of things I wanted to do. Just like anything. It's good I think to be able to plot little events in your future. Kind of feels like I can steer where I am going a little bit =]

Fact: Prokaryotes have one RNA polymerase. Eukaryotes have several.

Quote: ‎"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream." - Mark Twain

This reminds me of another quote with a nautical theme:

"If a man does not know what port he is steering for, no wind is favourable to him." - Seneca

So it appears that Mark Twain and Seneca have different ideas about how best to sail...
